TERMS OF SERVICE

By placing an order, the Customer accepts these terms in full.

1. GENERAL & LIABILITY
× Refusal of Service: The Contractor reserves the right to refuse service to any Customer without explanation before the project officially commences.× AI & NFT Prohibition: Under no circumstances may the completed work be used for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), AI training, or AI-generated derivatives.× Ghosting Policy: The Customer must maintain communication. If the Customer is unresponsive for 7 days, the Contractor may continue working without input. If unresponsive for 14 days, the Contractor reserves the right to terminate the contract without a refund.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY (NDA)
The Contractor will not disclose private business information provided by the Customer.× WIP Sharing: The Contractor reserves the right to post Works In Progress (WIPs) unless an NDA is purchased.× NDA Option: Full confidentiality (publishing only after debut) is available for an additional +30% fee.

4. BOOKING & PAYMENT
Booking: Orders are confirmed only after the invoice is issued.Payment Methods:
× Full Prepayment: 100% upfront.
× Split Payment: Minimum 50% upfront. Work begins only after the first payment. Files are delivered only after 100% of the invoice is paid.Deadlines: Standard turnaround is 1 week to 6 months depending on the queue.Rush Fees:
× Priority Lvl 1 (20-25% faster): +50% to total cost.
× Priority Lvl 2 (50-60% faster): +100% (x2) to total cost.

5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
× Cancellation by Customer (Before work starts): 100% Refund.
× Cancellation by Customer (During work): 10-15% progress: 80% refund; 25-30% progress: 40% refund; more 50% progress: NO REFUND.Note: If the Customer cancels during the process without valid reason, the Contractor reserves the right to blacklist the Customer and publicize the situation if necessary.

6. REVISIONS & EDITS (IMPORTANT)
× Free Revisions: Valid only during the specific approval stage (e.g., sketch phase, coloring phase).× Paid Revisions: Any changes requested to a previously approved stage are subject to a fee.
Example: Changing the hair color after the rigging has started requires re-cutting and re-rigging. This will be charged based on the complexity and time required.× Customer Error: Fixes required due to unclear references or missing details in the initial brief are paid.
