TERMS OF SERVICE

This agreement is concluded between the Contractor and the Customer as part of work on any of the Customer's projects and is a public offer. Placing an order in is considered an acceptance of this offer.Disclaimer of liability
- The Contractor has the right to refuse the Customer without giving reasons before the Customer's project is put into operation.Saving your rights
- Under no circumstances is the Customer allowed to use any part of the results to work with non-fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrencies, and derivatives using artificial intelligence software and training.
- All submitted ready-made orders of the Contractor are delivered by default with a commercial license, provided that the Customer will use the product for commercial purposes.<sup>The standard commercial license includes:
- Using. Use for commercial purposes in social networks and on streaming platforms.
- Prohibition of transmission to third parties. The Customer has no right to resell the materials provided by the Contractor without notifying the Contractor.
- Prohibition of making changes. Significant modifications to the material provided by the Contractor, performed by the Customer or a third-party organization, are prohibited.
- Saving your rights. The results of the completed order are stored as the Contractor's intellectual property.</sup>Confidentiality
- The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that any confidential personal and business information provided by the Customer is considered confidential information and should not be disclosed publicly by the Contractor. All parties will keep all confidential information of both parties and will only be recorded for legal and archival purposes.
- The contractor reserves the right to share updates of work in progress without disclosing the full type of order. As well as the results of the project via social networks, streaming platforms, and portfolios after completing work on the order.
- Full Confidentiality (NDA) provides for an additional payment of 30% of the order amount. In this case, the Contractor will publish materials only after the Customer's debut or after a previously agreed date.Reservations, slots, and deadlines

- An order for which a full estimate of the services provided has been made in writing, the cost has been calculated, and an invoice has been issued is considered accepted.
- Payment for the order can be made using the full or partial prepayment system. Work on the order starts only after making the first and / or one-time payment. The final project files are issued to the Customer only after the invoice issued for payment is fully closed. Intermediate stages of work in case of partial prepayment are shown to the Customer only with the Contractor's watermark.<sup>Payment options:
- Full prepayment. It includes full repayment of the issued invoice, and one receipt is provided for all services.
- Partial prepayment. The minimum percentage of partial prepayment is 50%. The remaining invoice amount can be covered during the order completion period in amounts that are convenient for the Customer. A separate receipt is provided for each payment made.</sup>- The number of seats is limited. For each specific month of the year, the Performer has a certain number of open slots for various types of services provided. Be sure to check the availability of the slot for the month you are interested in.
- Specific service delivery dates range from 1 week to 6 months. You will be advised on the terms of completing your order before the final registration and payment of the order.<sup>There is a surcharge for urgent execution of your order:
- Urgent execution level 1 (reduction of the order completion period by 20-25%) x1. 5 of the final order price.
- Urgent execution level 2 (reduction of the order completion time by 50-60%) x2 of the final order price.</sup>Payment and refund of funds
- Payment for the Contractor's order must be made within 3 business days after the invoice is issued from the Contractor.
- In case of early cancellation of the reserved slot, provided that the order has not yet been submitted to the Contractor, the Customer has the right to a full refund of the prepayment of the order, if it was made.
- In case of refusal of the order in the course of work, when the Contractor has already started to fulfill the order, regardless of the percentage of completion, the Customer is blacklisted by the Contractor. All developments on the order remain with the Contractor, and the situation created by the Customer is made public in the Contractor's social networks.<sup>Refund of funds in case of cancellation of the order during operation is made as follows:
- Refusal of an order submitted for work and completed by 10-15% of the final result. A refund to the Customer is made in the amount of 80% of the paid amount of the order.
- Refusal of an order submitted for work and completed by more than 25-30% of the final result. A refund to the Customer is made in the amount of 40% of the paid amount of the order.
- Cancellation of an order that has been submitted for work and has been fulfilled by more than 50% is not provided for and is not performed.</sup>- The Customer has the right to make free edits to errors made by the Contractor while working on the order (changes to the color and/or character details, missing / broken details).
- Making edits to the order takes place only at the moment of a conversation with the Contractor, when the Contractor brings the work to the Customer to check the accuracy of execution and make edits.^{All edits made in the course of the Contractor's work outside of the moment when the work on the order stage is discussed are paid.
Example: you and the Contractor discussed the terms of reference, the Contractor did some of the work and brought it to you for review and making edits. You have approved everything at this stage, and the Contractor has started to continue working on the order. If you decide to make edits to the work that has already been approved at this stage before the Contractor returns with the subsequent part of the order, this will be paid edits, the cost of which will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed.}- In case of errors made by the Contractor due to the fault of the Customer (insufficient number of reference materials, inaccurate description of the technical task, forgotten details not indicated on the reference materials), edits are made on a paid basis.
- Payment for edits is calculated depending on the stage of work and complexity of the edits being made.<sup>- At the stage of 10-25% order completion, edits are calculated using the formula: the cost of the order for a specific Performer in the current position/the percentage of work remaining. Example: for an overlay that costs 1,000 rubles, edits in the initial stage will cost from 10 to 25 rubles.
- At the stage of 25-65% order completion, edits are calculated using the formula: the cost of a specific Contractor's order for the current positionthe percentage of completed work. Example: for an overlay that costs 1,000 rubles, edits in the current stage will cost from 250 to 650 rubles.
- At the stage of 65-100% order completion, edits are calculated using the formula: the cost of ordering a specific Contractor for the current positionthe total cost of work. Example: for an overlay that costs 1,000 rubles, edits after completing an order will cost 1,000 rubles each.</sup>Other
- The customer must remain in touch throughout the entire work on the order to ensure continuous progress on the order until the date of receipt of the result. If the Customer does not get in touch within 7 days from the last notification, the Contractor has the right to continue working without the Customer's participation. If the customer does not get in touch for more than 14 days after the last notification, the contractor has the right to refuse to fulfill the order. In this case, a refund of funds to the Customer is not provided and the case is considered as a unilateral termination of the agreement with the Contractor.
- The customer must properly indicate the Contractor in their social networks and media prior to the termination of use of the received order.
- When transferring full or partial payment of the order, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions. The lack of familiarization with them does not release the Customer from their performance on their part.
