TERMS OF SERVICE

This agreement is made between the Contractor and the Client regarding any of the Client's projects and is considered a public offer. The submission of an order is considered an acceptance of this public offer and confirmation of agreement to the terms outlined in this agreement.Disclaimer
The Contractor reserves the right to refuse service to the Client without explanation before the project has been accepted and started.Rights Retention
Under no circumstances may the Client use any part of the completed work for non-replaceable tokens (NFT), cryptocurrencies, or derivative tools involving software and artificial intelligence training.
All delivered orders by the Contractor come with a commercial license by default, provided that the Client uses the product for commercial purposes.
Standard Commercial License includes:Usage
Usage for commercial purposes on social media platforms and streaming services.No Transfer to Third Parties. The Client is not allowed to sell, transfer, or use the work for purposes that contradict the law or the Contractor's rights.No Modifications. Significant modifications of the work provided by the Contractor, made by the Client or a third-party organization, are prohibited.Rights Retention. The final product remains the intellectual property of the Contractor.Confidentiality
The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that any confidential personal or business information provided by the Client is considered confidential and should not be publicly disclosed by the Contractor. All parties will retain all confidential information of both parties and use it only for legal and archival purposes.
The Contractor reserves the right to share updates on the progress of the work without revealing the full view of the order, and also share the results of the project on social media, streaming platforms, and portfolio after the project is completed.
Full Confidentiality (NDA) includes the obligation not to disclose, publish, or distribute the work/materials before the official debut or until the previously agreed-upon date.Full Confidentiality (NDA) requires an additional fee of 30% of the total project cost, in which case the Contractor will not post materials until the Client's debut or the agreed-upon date.Booking, Slots, and Deadlines

Personal email: [email protected]An order is considered accepted after a full estimate of the provided services is made in writing, the cost is calculated, and an invoice is issued.
Payment for the order may be made through full or partial prepayment. The project begins only after the first and/or full payment is received. The final files are provided to the Client only after the full settlement of the issued invoice. Intermediate stages of the work in case of partial prepayment are shown to the Client with a watermark of the Contractor.Payment Options
Full Prepayment. Includes the full payment of the issued invoice and provides one receipt for all services.Partial Prepayment. The minimum percentage for partial prepayment is 50%. The remaining amount can be paid over the course of the order, in amounts convenient for the Client. Each payment will receive a separate receipt.There are limited slots available. Each specific month, the Contractor has a set number of open slots for different services. Please confirm slot availability for your desired month.Project deadlines vary from 1 week to 6 months. You will be consulted on the timelines for your order before final booking and payment.
There is an additional fee for urgent project completion:
Urgent Level 1 (20-25% reduction in project deadline) x1.5 of the final order cost.
Urgent Level 2 (50-60% reduction in project deadline) x2 of the final order cost.In case of delays caused by the Contractor, the project timeline will be extended, and the Client will be notified in advance. In case of no response from the Client for more than 7 days, the timeline may be reconsidered.Payment and Refund Policy
Payment for the Contractor's order must be made within 3 working days after the invoice has been issued.
If the reserved slot is canceled before the work begins, and the order has not yet been started, the Client is entitled to a full refund of the advance payment.
If the order is canceled after work has already started, regardless of the work percentage completed, the Client will be added to the Contractor's blacklist. All work completed for the order remains with the Contractor, and the situation will be disclosed on the Contractor's social media.Refunds for cancellation after the order has started are made as follows:
Cancellation of an order that has been started and worked on 10-15% of the final result. A refund of 80% of the advance payment will be made.
Cancellation of an order that has been worked on more than 25-30% of the final result. A refund of 40% of the advance payment will be made.
Cancellation of an order that has been worked on more than 50% will not be refunded.The Client is entitled to free corrections for mistakes made by the Contractor in the project (corrections to colors and/or details of the character, missed/misinterpreted details).Other Terms
The Client must remain available for communication throughout the entire project to ensure continuous progress. If the Client does not respond within 7 days after the last update, the Contractor has the right to continue working without the Client's participation. If the Client does not respond for more than 14 days, the Contractor has the right to refuse the order. In this case, no refund will be provided, and the situation will be considered as a unilateral termination of the agreement by the Contractor.
The Client must appropriately credit the Contractor in their social media and media channels before ceasing to use the completed work.
By making a full or partial payment for the order, the Client agrees to these terms. Ignorance of these terms does not exempt the Client from their obligations.
In case of force majeure events on the Contractor's side, the Client will be notified of potential delays in the project. If the delay is excessive, both parties may mutually agree to terminate the contract. In this case, the refund amount and file transfer will be calculated individually, based on the percentage of work completed and the specific circumstances.
